What is ISP billing software?
ISP billing software keeps track of what an internet provider sells and collects: customer accounts, packages, expiry dates, payments and usage. MTIK adds the network side for MikroTik - router setup, hotspot vouchers, PPPoE lines and remote access - so billing and the router stay in step.
Can one dashboard manage several MikroTik sites?
Yes. Any number of routers and sites can be managed from one account, with every screen scoped to the site you choose.
Do I need to install anything on a server?
No. MTIK runs as a hosted dashboard; your MikroTik connects to it over an encrypted tunnel. There is nothing to buy and nothing to install.
