PPPoE billing software for MikroTik
Every monthly line in one place: who each subscriber is, what they pay, when they expire and what they have used - with renewals and cut-offs done from one screen.
A PPPoE network is a book of named customers: each flat, shop or house on its own username, package and expiry date. Kept in a notebook or a spreadsheet, that book drifts from what the router is actually doing - lines that should be off stay on, renewals are missed, and nobody can say who owes what.
MTIK is PPPoE billing software that keeps the book and the MikroTik in step. Sign a subscriber up and the account is live on the router before the customer is off the phone; renew them and the line comes back the moment the money is in.
Subscribers, packages and expiry
Unlimited subscribers, each with their own username, package and expiry date. Packages are priced by speed, validity and session length, and changing what a package is worth never means editing accounts one by one.
Renewals and collection
The subscriber list tells you who is due, who has lapsed and who has paid. Every renewal is recorded in the currency you charge, so month-end is a report rather than a hunt through receipts.
- A list of who is due this week and who has already lapsed
- Renew from the same screen; the line is restored on the router at once
- A renewal reminder shown on the customer's own screen before the line expires
- Payments recorded per subscriber, in AED, SAR, PKR, INR, BDT or any currency
Suspend, restore and lock a line
Suspend a line in one press - the live session is cut with it - and restore it just as fast. An account can be locked to the customer's own router, so a password passed to a neighbour does not open a second connection.
Usage and live sessions per subscriber
See every line that is online, what it is using right now and what it has used over the month. Usage is banked per subscriber, so a dispute about a bill is settled with a number rather than an argument.
Already running PPPoE?
An existing MikroTik PPPoE router and everyone on it can come across as they are - subscribers stay connected while the platform takes over the billing. Nothing has to be re-typed and nobody has to be called back.
PPPoE Plan
A whole site running named monthly lines — configured, billed and supported.

- Monthly packages priced by speed, validity and session length
- Renewals recorded, with a list of who is due and who has lapsed

Questions
What is PPPoE billing software?
PPPoE billing software manages the paying side of a PPPoE network: each subscriber's account, package, price and expiry date, the renewals, and switching lines off and on. MTIK does this directly on MikroTik routers, so the dashboard and the router never disagree.
Can I import the PPPoE users already on my MikroTik?
Yes. An existing PPPoE router and its subscribers can be brought across as they are, still connected, without re-entering the accounts.
What happens when a subscriber does not renew?
The line lapses on its expiry date and the subscriber appears in the lapsed list. Renewing restores it on the router immediately.
Can I run PPPoE and hotspot vouchers on the same router?
Yes. Monthly PPPoE lines and hotspot vouchers can be served by the same MikroTik, with guests and subscribers kept on separate networks.
Does it work for a small ISP or WISP?
Yes. It is built for local ISPs, WISPs, fibre and cable operators and apartment-block networks, from one router to a fleet across several sites.
