These terms cover your use of MTIK, the hotspot management platform operated by Mtik ISP Management. By subscribing to the platform, or by signing in to it, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to.
1. Who is who
We, us and our mean Mtik ISP Management. You and your mean the business that subscribes to the platform. The platform is the MTIK dashboard and the services behind it. Your sites are the locations where your routers are installed, and an end user is a person who connects to one of your hotspots.
Your end users are your customers, not ours. We have no agreement with them and no direct relationship with them.
2. What the platform does
The platform lets you configure MikroTik routers, run a hotspot on them, generate and print voucher codes, brand the login page your end users see, watch live sessions, and read usage and sales reports for each site — from one dashboard, over an encrypted tunnel that each router opens to us.
We provide the software and the service that runs it. We do not provide internet access, bandwidth, hardware, or a licence to operate a public network. Those remain yours to arrange.
3. Your account
We create your account and add the sites you manage. You are responsible for everything done through it, so:
- Keep your password to yourself. Do not share one login between several people — ask us for another account instead.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.
- Keep the contact details we hold for you current, because that is where account notices go.
Accounts may carry an access period. When it lapses, the account stops signing in until it is renewed. This is an access control, not a penalty, and nothing is deleted by it.
4. Your routers and your network
The hardware is yours, stays where it is, and stays under your control. You are responsible for:
- Owning or having the right to manage every router you connect to the platform.
- Holding whatever permits, licences or permissions your country requires to operate a public or shared network, and to resell internet access.
- The internet connection behind each site, and anything your provider requires of you.
- What your end users do on your network, to the extent the law makes you responsible for it.
We may need to change settings on a router to deliver the service you asked for — that is what the dashboard does. We do not use that access for anything else.
5. Subscription, payment and renewal
Plans are agreed over WhatsApp or by email and are billed in advance for the period you choose. Prices shown on our site are exclusive of any tax that applies where you are, unless we say otherwise in writing.
A subscription runs for the period paid for. It does not renew automatically and no payment method is stored — you decide each period whether to continue, and we send a reminder before access lapses.
If a subscription is not renewed, dashboard access ends. Your routers keep running the hotspot they are already configured with, and voucher codes already sold to your customers keep working, because both live on the router itself. What you lose is the ability to manage them from us.
5.1 Refunds and cancellation
You may stop using the platform at any time by not renewing; there is nothing to cancel and no notice period. Because access is sold in advance for a fixed period, fees already paid are not refundable in part, except where:
- the platform was unavailable for a prolonged period through our fault, in which case we will credit or refund a fair share of the period affected; or
- a refund is required by the law that applies to you.
If we end your subscription for a reason that is not your breach of these terms, we will refund the unused part of the period.
6. Vouchers, pricing and your customers
What you charge your end users, and on what terms, is entirely your decision. Voucher codes are yours; the printed cards and the captive portal carry your branding. Any agreement, promise or refund between you and an end user is between the two of you.
Usage figures shown in the dashboard are read from your routers and are provided for your own accounting. They are not a certified record and should be treated as a good-faith reading of what the hardware reported.
7. Acceptable use
Use of the platform, and of the networks you run through it, is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. It forms part of these terms.
8. Availability, changes and support
We work to keep the platform available and to fix problems quickly, and support is provided over the WhatsApp number we publish, during ordinary business hours. We do not promise uninterrupted service: maintenance happens, upstream networks fail, and a router on a mobile line drops out for reasons neither of us controls. Unless we have agreed a service level with you in writing, none is implied.
We improve the platform continuously and may add, change or withdraw features. If a change materially reduces what you are paying for, we will tell you before it takes effect.
9. Your data
The data you put into the platform — your sites, your vouchers, your branding, your reports — stays yours. We hold it to run the service for you, and we handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable backups of the platform, but they exist so we can restore the service, not as an archive for you. Export or print anything you need to keep before an account closes.
10. Intellectual property
The platform, its design and its software remain ours. Your subscription is a right to use it, not to own it, and it cannot be transferred to another business without our agreement. Your name, logo and artwork remain entirely yours; you allow us to display them inside the platform, on the cards it prints and on the login pages it deploys, only in order to deliver the service.
11. Ending the agreement
You can end it by not renewing. We can end it, or suspend access immediately, if:
- a subscription is not paid;
- the Acceptable Use Policy is breached, or the platform is used unlawfully;
- your use puts the platform, other customers or an end user at risk.
Where the situation allows it, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. After an account closes we keep its data for a limited period in case it is reopened or a record is required, then remove it — the periods are in the privacy policy.
12. Liability
The platform is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost business, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You will cover us against claims brought by your end users, or by anyone else, arising from how you operate your network or what you told your customers.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows when they last changed, and if a change materially affects your rights we will tell you before it applies to you. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the new version.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute. If any clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands.
