What you get

Everything you need to sell internet

One dashboard for every site you run, whether you sell a code across the counter or a monthly line to a flat. Set the router up, price the access, print the cards, collect the money — without a site visit or a command line.

Guided router setup

Bring a MikroTik online from a form: ports, bridges, addressing, DHCP, the hotspot server and the PPPoE server. No terminal, no config file, no memorising RouterOS syntax.

Remote access, no public IP

Every router reaches the platform over its own encrypted tunnel. Manage a site behind CGNAT or a mobile SIM exactly like one on a fixed line — and never expose the router to the internet to do it.

Vouchers in batches

Generate a run of codes in seconds, with your own duration, speed and data limits. They are pushed to the router as you create them, so a sold code works immediately.

Monthly PPPoE subscribers

Named customers on a monthly line, each with their own username, package and expiry date. Sign one up, take the payment, and the account is live on the router before the customer is off the phone.

Packages you price yourself

Speed, validity, data cap and price — set once, then sold as a voucher plan or a subscriber package. Change what a package is worth without touching a single account.

Renewals, expiry and collection

A subscriber list that tells you who is due, who has lapsed and who has paid. Renew from the same screen, and the line comes back the moment the money is in.

Vouchers that look like yours

Design the printed card — logo, colours, layout, what is on it — then print a batch to A4 or download it as a PDF. Your brand on the card, not the software vendor's.

Your own captive portal

The page a customer sees when they connect is yours to design, and it deploys to the router from the dashboard. Same login page across every site, or a different one per site.

See who is online, live

Hotspot sessions and PPPoE lines as they happen: which code or which customer, which device, how long left, how much used. Cut a session off without touching the hardware.

Control the devices

Bind a code to the device that first used it so it cannot be shared around, or let a specific device past the portal entirely. Both from the same screen.

Stop one sale being shared

One code re-shared from a phone hotspot is a sale you never made. Sharing is caught at the router, the device is flagged for whoever is at the counter, and barring it is one click.

Know what each site earns

Vouchers sold, subscribers billed, data used and codes expired per site, with the counters read from the router itself. Print or export a report when someone asks where the money went.

The network

Every part of the MikroTik, configured

From the fibre coming in to the last device on the bridge. Your sites are configured when your account opens and adjusted whenever the network changes — a new port, a second network, a different package, another building. You describe what the site needs; the router ends up doing it.

Internet & WAN 5
  • Fibre and DSL lines dialled by the router itself — username, password, service name
  • DHCP or fixed-address WAN, with the default route set at the same time
  • The port the internet arrives on identified, so nobody unplugs the wrong cable
  • A speed ceiling per port where the line is slower than the socket
  • Older RouterOS 6 boards and current RouterOS 7 boards alike
LAN, bridges & addressing 5
  • Bridges built from the ports you choose, leaving the rest of the board alone
  • Gateway addressing on every network the router serves
  • DHCP servers with their pool, network and gateway set as one piece
  • DNS for everything behind the router
  • Guests on one network and staff or subscribers on another, kept apart
Hotspot service 6
  • The hotspot server placed on the port or bridge that carries your guests
  • Client address pool, gateway and DNS name configured together, not one at a time
  • Walled-garden addresses, so a payment or booking page opens before anyone logs in
  • User profiles carrying validity, speed, data cap and how many devices a code allows
  • Your login page uploaded to the router rather than typed into it
  • Returning devices remembered, so a guest is not re-entering a code all day
PPPoE service 6
  • A PPPoE server on the subscriber port, under your own service name
  • A subscriber address pool and DNS, or a fixed address for the customer who needs one
  • One session per customer router, so an account cannot be dialled twice
  • Packages that set speed, validity, session length and price
  • Accounts created, suspended and restored on the router as payment comes and goes
  • A live line dropped the moment an account is suspended, not at the next reboot
Access control & fair use 6
  • A code locked to the first device that used it, and moved when a customer changes phone
  • A known device — a smart TV, a till, an office laptop — let straight past the portal
  • Re-sharing from a phone hotspot stopped before it costs you a sale
  • A device caught reselling one code flagged for the person at the counter to judge
  • A device barred, and let back in, without anybody driving to the site
  • Any live session ended from the row it appears on
Monitoring & health 5
  • Download and upload through every router, plotted as it happens
  • Which sites are up, which have dropped, and how long they have been that way
  • Data used per subscriber and per code, banked so it survives the session that earned it
  • Sales, usage and expiry per site over any period you choose
  • A health check you can run on a site before you get in the car
Inside the dashboard

This is the screen you get

Every panel below is the real thing, built from the dashboard's own colours and layout. The figures are illustrative — we would rather show you a made-up site than publish a customer's codes and devices on a public page.

Where it works

The Gulf, South Asia, and anywhere a MikroTik sells internet

The router at your site is the same machine in every country, and so is the dashboard in front of it. There is nothing to install locally and nothing that has to be in the same building, the same city or the same time zone.

The Gulf

United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain — the market this platform was first built for.

South Asia

India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka — where one operator often runs hotspot vouchers and monthly PPPoE lines side by side.

Anywhere else

Africa, South East Asia, Central Asia and beyond. If a MikroTik at the site can reach the internet, the dashboard can reach the MikroTik.

  • Priced in your currency — AED, SAR, OMR, QAR, KWD, BHD, INR, PKR, BDT — plans, packages and payments are recorded in the money you actually charge.
  • No local infrastructure — Nothing to rack, nothing to license per country. Your routers stay where they are and reach us over their own line.
  • One number to call — Setup, changes and questions over WhatsApp, in the same conversation that opened your account.
What operators say

From the shops, hotels and towers already running it

Reviews from the places this is sold — the Gulf and South Asia. Anything we wrote ourselves as an illustration carries an Example tag; everything else is a customer’s own words.

  • 5 out of 5
We print a batch of cards in the morning and the till has them by opening. Nobody asks me about the router any more.
Café operator Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
  • 5 out of 5
A guest gets a card at check-in and that is the whole job. I can see who is online from my phone on the way home.
Hotel network Dubai, United Arab Emirates
  • 5 out of 5
Two hundred flats on monthly lines, all on one screen. Suspending a line that has not paid takes seconds instead of a visit.
    Apartment network Lahore, Pakistan
  • 5 out of 5
The tower sits behind a mobile SIM with no public address and I still reach it as if it were on the desk beside me.
    Wireless ISP Kochi, India
  • 4 out of 5
One code was being passed around a whole block. That stopped the week we turned the sharing rules on.
    Staff accommodation Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • 5 out of 5
The cards carry our own name and our own logo, so people trust what they are buying at the shop counter.
    Village network Pokhara, Nepal
  • 5 out of 5
I sell a day code across the counter, and at the end of the month the report tells me what each shop actually took.

Four sites behind one login. I stopped keeping a spreadsheet of who is connected where.

How it works

Subscribe, sign in, start selling

There is no form to fill in and no card to enter. You pick a plan, we open the account, and you are in the dashboard the same day. No hardware to buy from us and nothing to install on a server — your MikroTik, your line, our dashboard.

Pick a plan

Choose the plan that covers what you need below — the whole platform, or just the part you use. Not sure which? Ask, and we will size it with you.

Subscribe over WhatsApp

Message us to confirm the plan and settle the subscription. One conversation, one number, and the same number afterwards whenever you need something.

We open your account

We create your login, add the sites you manage, and set each router up for what it sells — hotspot, PPPoE or both. Nothing to open on the router, and no public IP needed.

Sign in and sell

Sign in at app.mtikwifi.com, print your first batch of cards or sign up your first monthly customer. Sessions appear as people connect.

Included

What you get the day your account opens

Every screen below comes with any plan. What differs between plans is how many sites you run through it, not what you are allowed to do.

Vouchers

  • Generate a batch of codes in one go, or a single custom code
  • Set duration, speed and data limit per batch
  • Codes reach the router as you create them, so a sold code works at once
  • Print a batch to A4 or download it as a PDF, on your own card design
  • Export a batch as CSV
  • Lock, unlock or delete a code, and see what is left on it

PPPoE subscribers

  • Add a customer with their name, phone, address, username and package
  • Price packages by speed, validity and session length, and change them later
  • Take a renewal, record what was paid, and watch the expiry date move
  • A list of who has lapsed, so the collection round is a screen rather than a memory
  • Suspend a customer and drop their live line, then restore both together
  • Lock an account to the customer's own router so the password cannot be passed around
  • Data used per subscriber, kept even after the line drops

Live sessions & devices

  • Who is connected right now, on which code or which account, and on which device
  • How long is left and how much data has gone
  • Cut off a session without touching the hardware
  • Bind a code to its first device so it cannot be passed around
  • Reset a code onto a new device when a customer changes phone
  • Let a known device past the portal completely
  • See the devices caught re-sharing a connection, and bar the ones that deserve it

Your branding

  • Design the captive portal your customers see when they connect
  • Deploy it to a site from the dashboard, with nothing to upload by hand
  • Design the printed voucher card — logo, colours, layout
  • The same look across every site, or a different one per site

Your sites

  • Every site reaches the dashboard over its own encrypted tunnel
  • Works behind CGNAT or a mobile SIM — no public IP, nothing opened on the router
  • Switch between the sites you manage, with everything scoped to the one you pick
  • Hotspot, PPPoE, or both on the same router — the dashboard shows what that site sells
  • Sales, usage and expiry per site, with the counters read from the router
  • Print or export a report when someone asks where the money went
Plans

Take the whole platform, or just the part you need

Every plan includes the dashboard, your own login, and support over WhatsApp. Prices depend on how many routers you run and where you bill, so tell us which plan you are looking at and we will quote it — the button carries the name with it.

Questions

Before you ask

Do I need a public IP address on my routers?

No. Each router connects out to the platform over an encrypted tunnel, so it works behind CGNAT, a mobile SIM or any ordinary consumer line. Nothing needs to be opened on the router for it to be manageable.

Can I run hotspot vouchers and PPPoE on the same router?

Yes, and most operators do. Guests buy a code at the counter while the flats upstairs are on monthly PPPoE lines, both served by the same board. The dashboard shows a site only the parts it actually sells.

Which countries do you work in?

Anywhere a MikroTik is selling internet. It was built for the Gulf — the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain — and works exactly the same in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and beyond. Nothing has to be installed in your country for it to work.

Can I charge in my own currency?

Yes. Packages and payments are recorded in the currency you actually charge, whether that is AED, SAR, INR, PKR, BDT or anything else.

Can I manage more than one site?

Yes. Sites can be handed to you individually or as a group, and everything — the dashboard, vouchers, subscribers, reports — is scoped to whichever site you are looking at. Add a site to a group and access follows automatically.

Are the vouchers and the login page really mine?

Yes. Both are designed to your branding, and the login page deploys straight to the router. Your customers see your business, not ours.

What happens to codes I have already sold?

They keep working. Usage is read from the router itself, so a code carries its remaining time and data with it even after the session ends.

Which routers does it work with?

MikroTik devices running RouterOS, on both the older 6 and the current 7 releases. The hardware stays yours and stays where it is — there is nothing to buy from us and nothing to install on a server.

Is the dashboard in my language?

This page is. The dashboard itself is in English — it is the screen you and your staff work in, and one set of words for it means one thing to explain over the phone when something needs sorting out. The captive portal your customers see is yours to design, in whatever language you sell in.

How do I get started?

Message us for a demo. We will walk through a live site, agree what you need, and set your account up with the routers you manage.
